We are seeking a highly skilled Rust Developer with a deep understanding of Bitcoin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing Runes and Ordinals within the Bitcoin protocol. This role requires a strong background in Rust programming, a solid understanding of blockchain technology, and a passion for the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Rust Developer, with a strong portfolio of blockchain-related projects.
• Deep understanding of Bitcoin, its underlying protocols, and its ecosystem.
• Experience with developing and working on Runes and Ordinals in the Bitcoin network.
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles and blockchain security practices.
• Proficiency in other programming languages (Solidity, Python, Go) is a plus.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and applications.
• Knowing how to code Solana Smart Contracts is a major Plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Upper-Intermediate English level, strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with other blockchain platforms and technologies.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
• Knowledge of financial systems and instruments.
• Prior experience working in a remote and distributed team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain applications and protocols using Rust, with a focus on Bitcoin.
• Design and build innovative solutions for Runes and Ordinals on the Bitcoin blockchain.
• Collaborate with the blockchain development team to integrate new features and improvements.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the security and reliability of the developed software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Bitcoin, Rust, and blockchain technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to/from peers.
• Contribute to open-source projects and the broader Bitcoin developer community.
• Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for internal and external use.
