Required Skills: Minimum of4years ofprofessional experience with Ruby and Ruby onRails isessential, demonstrating adeep understanding ofthe framework and its ecosystem. Atleast 3years ofexperience with PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ orother message queue platforms, showcasing ability todesign and manage database schemas and integrate asynchronous messaging into applications. Proficiency inDocker ismandatory, indicating extensive experience with containerization technologies and their deployment. Knowledge ofKubernetes isasignificant plus, reflecting familiarity with orchestration tools for managing containerized applications. Experience inleading development teams, with astrong record ofmentoring developers and facilitating acollaborative working environment. Familiarity with other programming languages such asGo and Python will beconsidered anadvantageous asset, broadening the scope oftechnical solutions the candidate can offer. Asolid background incode versioning tools, especially Git, and aproven track record ofmaintaining high code quality through thorough pull request reviews.
