As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer at PeopleForce, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Ruby on Rails. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include coding, testing, debugging, and implementing features, as well as collaborating with other engineers to ensure the scalability and performance of our applications.We seek a full-stack Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our PeopleForce team and help us build functional software and web-based applications.Senior Ruby Developer responsibilities include creating back-end solutions, building efficient gems, and integrating front-end components.
