• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Banks & Treasury area in a multinational environment.
• Experience in managing a team of accountants with varying levels of expertise.
• Ability to assign tasks, delegate projects, and balance individual workloads effectively.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Knowledge of SAP Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken.
