What to do and what to be responsible for:
- Creation and preparation of Google accounts and Google Ads advertising cabinets and Meta Ads, use of all possible tools;
- Configuration of campaigns: launch, management and optimization, writing "selling" ads, keyword selection, competitive analysis, moderation;
- Working with semantics: analysis, expansion, negative keywords;
- Campaign analytics: identification of strengths and weaknesses, ensuring the correct allocation of the budget, scaling of the RK;
- Evaluation and adjustment of strategies to increase the effectiveness of campaigns: bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages;
- Monitoring the activity of competitors ;
- Management and control over budgets in advertising offices.
We are waiting for you if you:< /span>
- You have 1.5 years of work experience;
- You work at a high level with data tables (Excel, Google Sheets);
- Analyze completed tasks, have the ability to draw conclusions;
- Have knowledge of metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL, CPM, etc.;
- Experience with CPL optimization, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR;
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Ads, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) tools;
- Oriented to result and achievement of KPIs: conversions, ROAS, clicks, impressions;
- You speak English at the Intermediate+ level;
- You are a fast learner, disciplined and self-organized;
- And you know how to improve QS in Google Ads with more than just words. :)
It is important that you have:
- Cases of successful project management with a budget of from UAH 5,000per month (be ready to tell at the interview);
- Experience developing strategies and media plans with a clear argumentation of the expediency of the action plan;
- Ownership of tools: — Google Search, Google Display, Google Shopping, Google Performance Max, Google Youtube Ads - Meta Conversion Ads, Meta Lead Ads, Meta Catalog Ads - Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
