Job description

Fintech project that has been working on the Ukrainian non-bank lending market since 2018. We are looking for a specialist for the position: "PPC specialist", who is interested in stable work in progressive company.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up Google Ads campaigns: starting from scratch (with availability of cases) and management, writing ads, keyword selection, competitive analysis, desired experience of moderation in the "gray niche";
• Communication with Google representatives;
• Writing TOR for landing pages ;
• Working with semantics: analysis, expansion, negative words;
• Analytics of campaigns: identifying strengths and weaknesses, ensuring the correct allocation of the budget, scaling RK;
• Evaluation and adjustment of strategies to improve the effectiveness of campaigns: bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages;
• Monitoring the activity of competitors;
• Setting up analytics (with conversions from CRM) and its attribution ;
• Optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve KPI;
• Management and control of budgets in advertising offices;
• Preparation of reports.

• Practical experience: from 2 years of working with Google Ads;
• Management skills by several projects;
• Technical skills: knowledge of Google Analytics, experience with setting up analytics, understanding the reasons for blocking and how to prevent them
• Understanding Performance Max is desirable;
• Knowledge Excel, Google Sheets, ability to work with a large amount of data;
• Initiative and responsibility.
