RRP Insights Manager

Your area of ​​responsibility will include:

  • Management and development of research direction of reduced risk products (RRP - Reduced Risk Products), in particular: development and approval of the calendar plan of research (quantitative and qualitative) and budget management of these research

  • Providing company management and internal stakeholders (RRP team, the Sales department and others) quality analytical reports, comprehensive analysis and recommendations that will influence the development of the company's RRP and portfolio strategy, as well as commercial and trading strategies

  • Ensuring effective cooperation, control and management of research agencies for timely implementation of the research plan 

  • Analyzing research market opportunities and making recommendations for new tools, types of research, research agencies, and research process improvements

  • Work closely with the Procurement Function to develop partnerships with new market research vendors, participate in negotiations/tenders and review budgets 

  • Carrying out the necessary operations in SAP, supporting document flow (contracts, orders, invoices, etc.)

Experience, skills and abilities required:    

  • Higher education in economics, marketing or statistics             

  • At least 5 years of experience in the fields of research (qualitative and quantitative) or business - analysts

  • Experience of working in research companies with projects in FMCG companies - will be an advantage

  • Experience of working in FMCG companies in the function of research or business analysis (preferred) 

  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic vision of the impact of research results on the achievement of the company's business results              

  • English language - not lower than Upper Intermediate level (constant communication and presentations at the level of Top management, of the region and headquarters)         

  • Excellent MS Office skills (with a focus on Power Point and Excel)
