RPA Developer in Lugera

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions using BluePrism and Python; 
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, test plans, and user guides; 
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability; 
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions; 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications; 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices; 
• Assist in training end-users on the usage and benefits of implemented automation solutions; 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with expertise in BluePrism and Python. (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate would be a plus); 
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation; 
• Proficient in analyzing and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions; 
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with scripting languages; 
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL queries; 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines; 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment; 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Expertise in BluePrism and Python; 
• Experience with other RPA tools and technologies; 
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts; 
• Experience with Agile development methodologies;
