RPA Business Analyst in Kredi Agrikol, bank

Functional duties:

• Collaboration with Process Owners and other interested parties;
• Identification and analysis of business processes for automation by means of RPA (robotics);
• Description of business processes "AS IS" and "TO BE" ("as is" and "as it should be");
• Assessment of labor costs of the process before and after automation, assessment of the economic feasibility of robotization;
• Formation of a technical task for a robot developer using RPA tools;
• Control of the terms of implementation of changes, organization and conduct of user testing and acceptance of changes;

Requirements for candidates:

• Knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath will be an advantage);
• A confident user of MS Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, work with large volumes of data. Macros is a plus);
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation;
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) will be an advantage;
