Rolled metal sales manager in KT-Stal, TOV

KT-STEEL LTD is a network company engaged in the sale of black rolled metal, roofing materials and related products. We have been working on the Ukrainian market for over 11 years, have representative offices in three regions (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava), our own fleet of 10+ vehicles and our own warehouses.

Every day we improve the quality of customer service and introduce modern tools to improve communication efficiency. The average service rating according to customer reviews is 4.7 on Google Maps.

We are currently looking for a SALES MANAGER to join the team - a person who likes to communicate with customers, is confident with computers and wants to develop.

Below is a list of tasks we see in this position:

• Make sales to customers who have called (incoming line), written or visited the office;
• Use recommendations for communicating with clients;
• Work with Binotel (call reception), CRM (correspondence with colleagues and clients), 1С8.3 (creating orders/invoices of customers and counterparties, reconciliation of counterparties, generation of various reports, review of balances in warehouses, deliveries to customers, etc.).

We offer:

1. Salary from the first working day and timely monthly payment;
2. Salary: rate + % of profit. In general, from 27,000 to 45,000 UAH. Of course, this is not the limit, but it is the amount you can count on in the near future. Currently, the maximum achievement in the company is 85,000 UAH;
3. Additional bonuses for participation in internal competitions: speed, accuracy, work with clients;
4. All necessary support: CRM, training, customer base, work scenarios, support - you are definitely not alone (a);
5. Paid internship for up to 2 weeks, during which you will get to know: product range and features of metal rolling cutting; programs in which the company works, with recommendations for communicating with clients;
6. Convenient schedule:Mon-Fri: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sat (alternate, 1 time in 2 weeks): 8:00 a.m. - 16:00;
7. Office at ul. Burovykiv, 6(Suprunivka);
8. Work with an experienced mentor who will help with adaptation and answer all questions;
9. Work with clients all over Ukraine: Poltava, Kyiv, Kharkiv, other cities.
