Main work tasks: Carrying out preventive work to prevent traffic accidents and drivers' compliance with traffic rules; Analysis of traffic accidents; Conducting official investigations of traffic incidents; Ensuring road safety, occupational health and fire safety, in accordance with regulatory, legislative and departmental documents; Conducting briefings on road traffic, labor protection, fire safety on road transport; Conducting test drives on granting permission for independent driving of vehicles; Checking the skills and abilities of the employee to drive the relevant vehicles, knowledge of the Traffic Rules; Organization of work on providing employees with official use of motor vehicles; Provision of information to employees on the peculiarities of the operation of vehicles; Organization of pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations of drivers and control over their periodicity; Organization of settlement of insurance cases in accordance with current insurance contracts; Working with the accounting program "KASUP Athena" in terms of entering data and issuing invoices, in relation to the activities of the transport shop. You are our candidate if you have: Higher education in the field of motor transport (bachelor's, specialist's, master's degree); Work experience in the specialty: for a master's degree - no work experience requirements, specialist - from 1 year, bachelor's degree - from 3 years; Knowledge of legislative documents in in the field of road safety, labor protection, fire safety and operation and repair of vehicles; Critical thinking, result orientation, proactivity, responsibility, independence, developed communication skills; The level of an experienced user of Excel, Word, preferably 1C or KASUP Athens; Organized a package of documents (in particular, a registration certificate or a military ID).
