RnD Specialist in Respect.Studio

We are seeking a Marketing RnD & Automation Expert to join our team. We need someone who has a startup approach and loves experiments and innovations, but the most important thing is the desire to create and improve. You will have the necessary resources and the team’s help, so your limitations will be your time and willingness.

Requirements:

— Previous experience in marketing;
— Experience with API, AI and automation tools (e.g. Zapier/Make);
— English level B2+;
— Awareness of marketing and technological trends;
— Speed and startup approach to work;
— Effective communication and reporting skills;
— Focus on the result, not the process. Ability to set clear goals (metrics) and move towards them;
— High level of autonomy and initiative.

Areas of responsibility:

— Optimize existing methods of lead generation, introduce automation, and use AI;
— Finding and testing new ways of attracting customers and marketing channels;
— Market monitoring, competitor analysis and using trends to adjust strategies;
— Automation of processes in the company;
— Technological support of internal processes in the company (work with proxies, servers and existing automation);
— Leadership in the field of technological innovation and automation.
