RnD, Research, Development manager in EvoPlay

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for RnD, Research, Development manager

Requirements for the candidate:

• At least one year of experience in a RnD manager position or in a similar role.
• English language level B1 or higher.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to deeply analyze the market and competitive environment.
• Experience in conducting market research, including geographic, cultural and macroeconomic aspects of the market.
• Effective communication skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
• Creativity and innovative thinking: the ability to generate new ideas and approaches to business growth.
• Presentation and reporting skills: the ability to clearly and persuasively present information, prepare reports and make presentations .
• Experience in the iGaming niche will be a plus.

Tasks:

• Market research: conducting comprehensive market research, including analysis of geographic features and trends.
• Competitor analysis: evaluating competitor sites and strategies, identifying their strengths and weaknesses.< /li>
• Identification of growth points: finding new opportunities for business expansion and development.
• Collaboration with teams: interaction with other departments to implement research findings and growth strategies.
• Reporting and analysis: preparing reports based on the results of research and analysis for management and interested parties.
• Trend monitoring: following current and future trends in the industry to adapt the development strategy.
