Systematically assessing the health status of individuals and record related health data Establishing nursing diagnoses Planning and implementing nursing interventions Providing pre, intra, and post procedure education to the patients, families, significant others, and/or caregivers Providing health promotion strategies and education to patients and their support system, Administering and evaluating pharmacological and other therapeutic treatment regimens mandated by the particular situation and evidence-based practice.QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:Graduate from an accredited school of nursingCurrent state of Texas registered nurse licensure or Compact State LicensureBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationThis facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
