• Experience in the role of PM / Support from 1 year;
• Experience with task management tools (Jira or similar);
• Experience with Wordpress projects;
• The ability to quickly navigate tasks and effectively perform them;
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the team;
• Strong personal time management and the ability to prioritize tasks;
• English level - Upper-Intermediate and above;
• Basic understanding of SEO will be an advantage.

Main duties:

• Effective processing of incoming support requests from customers ;
• Maintaining and systematizing requests in Jira;
• Communication with clients to clarify details of requests and update statuses;
• Constant cooperation with RM and other departments to ensure productive work.
