Risk Review Specialist (German-speaking) in BPO Nextdoor, Inc.

BPO Nextdoor provides information analysis and processing services for businesses on the market of Western Europe and North America.

We invite those willing to join the cooperation on a project with one of the largest companies in Germany in the field of retail trade as a risk assessment specialist. We will provide all the necessary education and training necessary for the successful completion of tasks. 

What awaits you? 

• Verification of orders and customer accounts that have been flagged by the automated system as containing risk indicators; 

• Full support of suspicious orders in accordance with current instructions and procedures; 

• Analysis of possible fraud schemes, assessment of creditworthiness or malicious behavior of customers; 

• Making informed decisions about confirming, blocking or adjusting orders; 

• Fixation of inspection results in systems and work with SAP CRM;  

• Communication with the Hamburg team via JIRA and phone calls (questions, clarifications, new cases) as needed 

• Prompt notification of new fraudulent patterns, incidents, system
  errors or unusual situations; 

• Adherence to high standards of accuracy, privacy and data security. 

• Access to tasks 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday;
