Risk Operations Analyst in Hire 1

We are seeking a Risk Analyst for an Israeli product company specializing in risk management and cyber intelligence.In this role, you'll pioneer the identification of emerging e-commerce risks using cutting-edge technology and spearhead tailored solutions for clients, ensuring top-notch standards and timely delivery. Your duties will entail recognizing and mitigating risks, effectively managing them for the company's clientele.Responsibilities:- Conduct risk assessments and manual validations of online merchants utilizing web intelligence tools.- Develop proficiency in risk and compliance concepts within the eCommerce and payments sector.- Stay abreast of internal knowledge sharing updates, enhancing your expertise in risk assessment.- Supervise and manage product delivery deadlines for all company clients, maintaining consistent service quality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and diverse interfaces to provide data insights and methodologies.Requirements:- Previous analytical or operational experience in fraud or risk domains, particularly within a product-oriented company, would be advantageous.- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.- Quick thinking, effective coordination, and communication skills to uphold high service levels in a dynamic environment.- Self-motivated, dedicated, and accountable.-Proficiency in English (B2 level minimum), with additional languages as a bonus.- Proficient in Excel with a keen research aptitude, discerning relevant information online while avoiding irrelevant sources.- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Power BI is highly desirable.We Offer:- Supportive environment for professional growth and skill acquisition.- Assistance in developing both hard and soft skills through planned and budgeted courses.- 20 days of paid vacation + 18 days of paid sick leave per year.- Hybrid workplace arrangement with an office conveniently located in the heart of Kyiv (Arsenalna metro station), providing all necessary amenities for your success.
