Participation in self-assessment of company risks. Participation in stress testing of non-financial risks. Conducting training for personnel on non-financial risk management and internal control. Organization and coordination of implementation and further support of the risk event database and software with non-financial risk management issues. Preparation of reports on non-financial risk management and internal control for collegial bodies and company management. Requirements: 1 year of experience in risk management. Knowledge of using non-financial risk management tools: maintaining a database of non-financial risk events, conducting self-assessment non-financial risks, monitoring of key risk indicators. Experience in writing internal documents (policies, procedures, methods, regulations) on internal control and non-financial risk management. Practical experience in analyzing processes to identify non-financial risks and internal control deficiencies.
