Risk Analyst in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Risk Analyst to one of our successful businesses is Liven.

Today we are building teams for new areas from scratch. One of the key goals now is to find the first person in the Payments area who will lead the direction, will be able to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of business payment processes, will drive his area and scale the team. In the future, you will be able to lead additional areas, build processes from scratch and directly influence business development. 

In the role of Risk Analyst, you are expected to:
- Implementation of fintech solutions, the opportunity to choose the path of product development in the payment direction;
— Analysis of the effectiveness of payment methods, launch and support of product A/B tests; that needs management);
— Building a payments team;
— Building relationships with partners;
— Launching new directions from scratch in the future.

What is important to us:
—From 2 years of experience in similar positions in consulting, operational management or analytics;
—Analytical mindset and skills strategic planning;
— Helicopter view on business and planning issues. You can assess the situation in the long term, predict bottlenecks, have a holistic understanding of business operations;
— Structure and brevity in communication. The ability to explain complex things in simple words.
