Risk analyst in Finsfera

We are looking for a qualified Risk Analyst to help us effectively analyze and optimize our processes. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct data analysis, develop and implement optimization strategies, and control and monitor operations. Responsibilities: Analyze data and indicators Develop and implement rules for automated decision-making Process monitoring and timely identification and response to potential problems Participate in the development and validation of machine learning models Construction of reports for process management Development of recommendations for process optimization Requirements: Experience in the field of analytics / Data Science for at least 2 years Knowledge of the basics of mathematical statistics Confident level of SQL (PostgreSQL) with experience of using it to construct reports Confident user of MS Office Will be a plus: Experience with Python (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) Experience with PowerBI or other BI platforms Personal qualities: Analytical mindset and critical thinking High self-discipline, ability to work independently and in a team Ability to independently interpret the results of the analysis Working conditions: Interesting and varied tasks Participation in the implementation of innovations Competitive salary salaryOfficial employment Opportunity for career growth
