Risk Analyst in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Risk Analyst for one of our successful businesses - Liven.

Liven is a company that creates products to integrate knowledge about human behavior into the daily lives of users, enabling them to optimize their emotional state.

We make behavioral techniques accessible to people, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, increase focus and energy levels, and improve overall well-being.

We launched the business in early 2023 and have already proven its success - found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling, expanding the team from 3 to 40 people. Today we are forming teams for new directions. One of the key objectives now is to find the first person in the Payments area, who will lead the direction, will be able to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of the business payment processes, will drive your zone and scale your team. In the future, you will be able to lead additional areas, build processes from scratch, and directly influence business development. the ability to choose the path of product development in the payment direction;
— Analysis of the effectiveness of payment methods, launch and support of product A/B tests;
— Decision-making directly with the CEO and, if necessary, with others from the C-level;
—Setting up product anti-fraud mechanics (built ML system that needs management);
—Building a payment team;
—Building relationships with partners;
—Starting new directions from scratch in the future.< /p>

What is important to us:
-From 2 years of experience in similar positions in consulting, operational management or analytics;
- Analytical mindset and strategic planning skills ;
—Helicopter view of business and planning issues. You can assess the situation on a long-term perspective, predict bottlenecks, have a holistic understanding of business operations;
- Structure and brevity in communication. The ability to explain complex things in simple words.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.

We plan to further develop product IT businesses, conquer global markets and work for the victory of Ukraine.
