Position: RF engineer (UGV Sirko- S1)

Place of work: Kyiv, Ukraine

Job description:

SkyLab UA is a leading Ukrainian developer of advanced unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), invites a talented RF engineer to its team to work on the flagship product UGV Sirko-S1 . You will play a key role in the creation and improvement of UGV radio frequency systems, providing reliable communication, control and navigation in the most challenging environments.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and development of RF circuits and systems for UGV Sirko-S1
• RF integration components and systems in UGV from other manufacturers
• Development and optimization of software for radio modems and data transmission networks
• Testing and debugging of RF systems, including work with debugging equipment
• Analysis and optimization of RF system performance, antenna power measurement and signal spectrum analysis
• Development of technical documentation
• Active participation in teamwork aimed at achieving common goals

Requirements:

• Higher education in electronics, computer science or related fields
• Experience in software development for radio modems and knowledge in data transmission networks
• Deep understanding of RF principles
• Knowledge of C/C++ programming languages ​​
• Experience with RF measurement equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.)
• Knowledge of wireless communication standards and protocols
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Power measurement experience antennas and signal spectrum analysis

Desired skills:

• Experience with UGV or other robotic systems
• Knowledge of Mavlink protocols or other UGV control protocols
• Knowledge of FPGA technology
