Rewards (C&B) Officer Ukraine, Czech, Slovakia in Skill,Will & Partners

For our client, global restaurants chain, we are looking for Rewards (C&B) Officer Ukraine, Czech, Slovakia. 

Key purpose of the role: 

In this role, you will ensure efficient compensation strategy for staff & restaurant employees in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine.

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 remote) 

Key responsibilities:

• Managing company salary structures and compensation benchmarking
• Managing incentive schemes for staff & restaurant employees to support business needs
• Successfully delivering and pro-actively managing market leading compensation and benefits programs, policies and processes.
• Together with Internal Communications developing and executing communication strategies to ensure all employees are fully informed of compensation elements and their changes
• Initiating and leading Merit and Off-cycle Increases approval, alignment, implementation and communication
• Cooperating with Field HR and Corporate HR on improving restaurant compensation programs for best employee experience
• Participating in budgeting process
• Managing all internal compensation reports and cycles
• Cooperating with labour relations and payroll to perform day-to-day activities and find ways to optimize 

Profile of the person we are looking for:

• Professional experience as C&B / rewards expert in multinational company
• Responsibility for several markets would be additional advantage
• English– min. Upper Intermediate level (B2).
• Microsoft Office advanced user (Excel, Power Point are a priority)
• Quick learner
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Analytical thinking
• High level of curiosity and thinking agility
• Ability to make decisions and work autonomously
• Strong organization and planning skills with a close attention to detail
• Team Player
