Your area of responsibility will include:
- Budgeting process
- Calculation of the wage fund budget.
- Analysis of the number of personnel and personnel key performance indicators.
- Analysis of deviations of actual indicators compared to planned ones.
- Data support and reporting
- Updating data on the number of personnel, payroll and key indicators in the relevant systems (GSCA, Orchestra, SAP HR, etc.).
- Preparation of J-SOX reports, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Reporting from the number of personnel, staff turnover, market analysis of salaries.
- Support of compensation and benefits processes
- Calculation and administration of bonuses (quarterly, annual, etc.).
- Drawing up compensation scenarios and proposals.
- Coordination of the salary and benefits review process.
- Cooperation with the finance department on the accrual of bonus and vacation reserves.
- Support of Global Mobility programs
- Support of employees in matters of rewards and benefits in accordance with policies companies.
- Interaction with global teams, GBS and tax consultants on reporting and declarations.
- Administration of local employment contracts for employees on temporary assignments.
- Working with documentation
- Development, updating and approval of job instructions, procedures, work instructions and functional schemes.
- Preparation of documents for the Pension Fund, registration certificate of labor activity.
- Drawing up contracts and acts of completed works.
- Other tasks
- Execution of 5S3R procedures and of JTI standards in the field of occupational health and safety.
- Participation in the projects of the "People and Culture" department.
- Execution of other tasks of the manager to ensure uninterrupted work department.
Necessary experience, skills and abilities:
- Higher education (economics or finance will be a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience in the compensation and benefits function, HR analytics or in the Finance Department
- Language skills: Ukrainian - fluent, English - above average.
- Advanced level use of Excel
- High analytical skills and attention to detail
- As a responsible employer, JTI Ukraine keeps military records of all conscripted employees. The presence of an appropriate military registration document for conscripts is mandatory for preparing a job offer and concluding an employment contract
