Project Background: RevOps solutions (i.e., solutions across all revenue-generating functions ofabusiness); greenfield project implementations; support/optimization ofanexisting solution; migration ofthe incumbent system toanew solution. Current stack: CRM/ Sales Enablement (HubSpot CRM& HubSpot Sales Hub). Marketing Automation (HubSpot Marketing Hub). Service Desk/ Customer Support (HubSpot Service Hub). Configure, Price &Quote (CPQ) (DealHub &Mobileforce). Integration and Data Management (HubSpot Operations Hub &Workato). Telephony/ Customer Engagement (AirCall). Role overview: AsaRevOps Team Lead, you will spearhead the development and management ofanewly established team within BAC, focused onRevOps projects for medium tolarge clients. Your role will involve complying with transformational designs from our onshore consulting team and overseeing their successful implementations. Responsibilities: Entrench company culture into anew team. Assist inteam recruitment. Validate and approve candidates technically. Provide direction and guidance tonew team members toensure compliance with company processes and direction. Liaise with project leads inAustralia tocreate aseamless transfer ofprojects toteam members. Ensure delivery ofour projects against atime and budget schedule. Grow and develop staff and exemplify high-quality standards. Requirements: Possessing over 4years ofrobust experience spanning Marketing, Sales, and Service domains, ideally encompassing proficiency across all domains. Demonstrating familiarity with RevOps and adeptness indriving transformation across the aforementioned functions. Proven track record ineffectively managing and nurturing team members tofoster growth and development. Proficient inCRMadministration, with apreference for expertise inHubSpot. Presenting acomprehensive CRM project portfolio showcasing tangible examples that underscore your competence and expertise. Nice tohave: Prior experience inmultiple complex HubSpot projects (particularly CRM and Marketing Automation). CRM Certification (preferably inHubSpot).
