Review Support Specialist in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with our co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets.

Our team is a fast & furious support of 50+ professionals in their field, who live in a dynamic rhythm of work and provide cool customer service that comes from caring for everyone inside the team. We solve "turnkey" any questions of users regarding the operation of sites, close ambitious goals and post memes in corporate chats.

We are currently looking for a Review Support Specialist to raise the result bar together. Challenges that await this role:

What will be included in your area of responsibility:

• Working with user feedback on external review platforms.

• Update and verification of information on accounts.

• Interaction with technical support of review platforms and internal teams.

• Formation of basic reporting: typical appeals, feedback dynamics, ratings and other reputation metrics.

What for us important:

• Fluency in written English (Upper-Intermediate+)

• You like to communicate through texts, respond to people and build trust

• Able to work with a large amount of information without losing quality.

• Initiative - you do not wait for instructions, but take responsibility.

• Fast learning and open to new tools.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in SMM, copywriting, communications or technical support.

• Understanding the basic principles of online reputation or want to develop it.
