Retoucher (no experience, we take course students) in Creative Space Design Studio

Looking for your first commercial experience in photo processing? Have you just finished your courses or are you in the process of studying and have a burning desire to put your knowledge into practice? We are ready to invest time and resources in your development!

We are looking for an attentive and diligent Junior Retoucher who will become part of our creative team and help bring our visuals to perfection.

What you will do (Under the supervision of an experienced mentor!):

• Basic correction: Color correction, brightness, contrast, framing images according to technical requirements.

• Cleaning and preparation: Removal of small defects (dust, stains, extraneous objects) from photos.

• Batch processing: Work with a large volume of the same type of images (most often subject photography, portraits or e-commerce).

• Compliance standards: Ensuring a uniform style and high-quality retouching according to company templates.

• Training: Active learning of new retouching techniques and use of professional software.

Our requirements (and here your "no experience" is an advantage!):

• Courses completed / Basic knowledge: You must understand the basics work in Adobe Photoshop (working with layers, masks, "Healing Brush", "Clone Stamp" tools, basic filters).

• Attention to details: Ability to notice small flaws and striving for an ideal result.

• Responsibility and speed: Willingness to work within the framework deadlines.

• Great desire to develop specifically in commercial retouching!

We offer you:

• Salary: Level from 18,000 to 22,000 UAH (depends on initial level of knowledge and speed training)..

• Mentoring: You will work under the guidance of an experienced art director/senior retoucher who will help you grow professionally.
