Retention Support Specialist in Vbet Ukraine

We are VBET Ukraine, a licensed bookmaker and organizer of gambling games, an official representative of the international brand VBET, which has been actively working on the Ukrainian market since 2020.

VBET Ukraine became the first company in Ukraine to receive all three licenses for conducting online gambling games from the Gambling Regulatory Commission and lottery.

We are looking for a Retention Support Specialist - a specialist who will work on retaining and attracting customers. The role involves active communication with clients, presentation of special offers, conducting surveys and assistance in solving technical issues.

Our main expectations:

• Age from 21 years old;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written without slur); 
• Proficiency in English A2;
• Experience working with clients.

Areas of responsibility:

• Communicating with clients on the phone through outgoing calls;
• Providing clients with technical and informational support;
• Conducting weekends to collect feedback product communication and information about individual campaigns;
• Preparation of reports based on work results.

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working with a cold customer base in calls;
• Experience of working in betting/gambling;
• Skills of working with Excel tables.
