Retention Support Specialist in Vbet Ukraine

We are Vbet Ukraine - a bookmaker and organizer of gambling games, an official representative of the VBET brand, which has been operating in the Ukrainian market since 2020. VBET Ukraine was the first in the country to receive all three online gambling licenses from the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine. 

We believe that customers are the soul of our business, and we are looking for a Retention Support Specialist in our dream team, who will become part of our team and provide support and assistance to our clients.

What is he like, our future colleague:

• Experience of working directly with the client in any field (work experience in betting will be an advantage);
• Speaks Ukrainian at a high level, knowledge of English will be a plus;
• Over 21 years old (this provided by legislation on the gambling business);
• Smart, active and always ready to help the client;
• Communicative and open;
• Organized and with good time management skills management.
  
  

Your daily tasks will be:

• Communicating with clients by phone through outbound calls;
• Providing customers with technical and informational support;
• Making outbound calls to collect product feedback and inform about individual campaigns;
• Preparation reporting on work results.
