Retention specialist in EvoPlay

EvoPlay creates high-end software solutions for the gaming industry operating in international markets. Our product line is a combination of advanced technology, deep analytics and innovative user engagement mechanics. 

We are looking for a Junior Retention Specialist with 1 year of A/B testing experience.  

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Retention/Email-marketing with a B2C product of 1 year.
• Basic understanding product B2C metrics and their dynamics (mobile applications, web).
• Ability to plan the scope, experience of independent decision-making and determination of the product backlog
• Experience of conducting and understanding the principles of A/B testing. 
• Data analysis skills, advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Collection and analysis of product metrics to make informed decisions and optimization functionality.
  
  
• Implementing new initiatives to increase user retention.
• Conducting customer development, quantitative and qualitative research, managing A/B tests to test hypotheses.
• Setting up bonus mechanics and other user activation and retention tools.
• Gamification, development and implementation of marketing campaigns, support and updating of activities.
• Systematic analysis of competitors and search for new growth opportunities to improve market positions.
