Due to the active growth of partner business, we are currently looking for a Retention Promo Lead. What needs to be done: — Development of a promotional plan for several brands and coordination of its technical implementation; — Generation of ideas for promotions and responsibility for their approval and implementation; —Control over the development of creative materials, including banners, e-mail templates and content for social networks; —Bonus card management and bonus cost control; —Ensuring the visual appeal of promotional materials and their compliance with the brand with the aim of maximizing conversion; —Monitoring the success of campaigns and preparing reports on the results; — Management of a team of specialists with such expertise as copywriting and content management; — Identification of areas for optimization and implementation of new ideas for product development; —Cross-functional cooperation with designers, CRM specialists and technical team. Requirements: —3+ years of work as a Promo Manager/Lead; — Managing a promo team or building such a team from scratch; —Experience in English-language markets; —Practical experience of assigning tasks to designers, copywriters, translators, SRM specialists, control of deadlines and execution speed to ensure the implementation of the promotional plan; —Experience in setting up and managing a bonus system, creating a loyalty program; —Experience in creating, setting up the management of promotional activities in the back office of the product; — Skills of testing promotional materials and activities, analysis and optimization of conversions; —Experience in the development of "selling" content (text + graphics) for further placement on the website; —Excellent communication skills for communicating with different levels of staff and stakeholders; — High level of command of the English language.
