Retention Product Manager in AI DATAVERSE

We are building uncensored AI technology designed to solve the problem of loneliness and boredom through innovative chatbot product (both mobile and web platforms).

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive Retention Product Manager who will help to increase retention rate in our product. 

This position requires a deep understanding of user behavior, data-guided decision-making, and an ownership mindset.

Requirements: 

- 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role working with Retention.

- Successful cases of improving retention through hypotheses with a clear impact on business goals.

- Experience with Amplitude/Google Analytics/or similar.

- Practical experience with A/B testing;

- Upper-intermediate level of English;

- Strong data-driven approach and customer-centric mindset, leveraging data and product discovery.

- You will be driving the direction, so we expect business orientation and a readiness to take responsibility and make daily decisions.

Nice to have: Previous experience with chat products (preferably in dating).

Responsibilities: 

- Increase user engagement and loyalty through improvement in AI chatbot core and developing retention strategies.

- Evaluate user chatting experience and generate hypotheses to increase key metrics (retention, engagement)

- Prepare, launch, and analyze A/B tests to validate your ideas.

- Evaluate content performance and business impact, proposing and planning improvements.

- Be an owner of all aspects of your product, including detailed analytics, user feedback, experimentation history, etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team, including AI engineers, content managers, and stakeholders.
