Retention Product Manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

Our partner is a leading IT/digital holding with a global presence in over 50 countries ( Latin America, Asia, Europe, etc.) and provides complex marketing services. Now the company is actively expanding and is looking for a Retention Product Manager.

Key tasks:

• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the CRM platform in order to identify points of growth and improvement
• Development of product tasks from the idea stage to implementation
• Setting and description of tasks for technical teams and QA
• Communication with related departments
• Conducting market research and analyzing the competitive environment to identify best practices

Experience and skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• CRM experience as a customer retention platform
• Skills in working with communication tools such as email, push notifications, SMS (knowledge of messengers and phone calls will be a plus)
• Knowledge of delivery features of large postal clients and interaction with their postmasters
• Experience in developing and setting tasks for technical teams
• Project management and project management skills (eg Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Knowledge of the basics of retention management: multichannel, segmentation, triggers, personalization
• Understanding metrics: delivery rate, open rate, click rate, retention rate, reactivation rate, etc
