What awaits you:

• Creation and implementation of effective email marketing campaigns;
• Segmentation and personalization: Development of target lists for sending emails, ensuring personalization of content according to individual customer needs;
• Development automated campaigns: implementation and optimization of automated email campaigns to support the customer lifecycle;
• Analysis of results and optimization: conducting analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns and implementing corrections to improve conversion and churn rates;
• Testing and optimization: the ability to use A/B testing and other methods to improve campaigns based on the data obtained;
• Participation in the development of product strategies to improve these indicators.

• Experience in the position of Retention Manager/Email Marketing Manager from 3 years in the field of gambling;
• Experience of working with CRM systems for data analysis ;
• Experience with Smartico.ai will be an advantage;
• Understanding the principles of customer segmentation and approaches to optimizing results.
