  • Interpret data, analyze results and develop solutions that demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of lifecycle marketing programs;
  • Conduct testing A/ B on segments, promotion mechanisms and offers;
  • Manage tests for different audiences and run experiments to determine the most effective offers to improve KPIs;
  • Create, develop and optimize communication channels (Email/SMS /Push), as well as trigger and promotional mailings;
  • Create tasks for the design and content teams, ensure their readiness;
  • Participate in the development and improvement of the overall marketing strategy for the region.

We need your professional experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing;
  • Knowledge of KPI ;
  • Experience with email providers, CRM systems and campaign automation tools is a must;
  • Experience in creating a communications strategy and running promotions/campaigns;
  • li>The level of English is Upper-Intermediate or higher.
