  Retention marketing specialist in our team will deal with the following tasks:

  • Development of a full-fledged communication strategy in channels;
  • Organization of a set of measures to save and return the client in direct communication channels;
  • Development and coordination of loyalty programs;
  • Maintenance and analysis of trigger letters/SMS-messages/ Push notifications;
  • Processing product analytics, drafting technical tasks to create the necessary reports;

  What you will learn by working with us:< /p>

  • Launch effective advertising campaigns;
  • Measure the results of your work and improve indicators;
  • Work with different advertising sources.

  The filter for this position will be:

  • Experience in Internet or direct marketing from 1 year;
  • Experience in developing a communication strategy from scratch (e-mail, chatbots, SMS, web-push, automatic calls, etc.);
  • Competent writing of texts (selling, trigger, content, reactivation);
  • Knowledge in email automation -marketing and setting up trigger e-mails;
  • Experience in conducting A/B testing, setting up and launching yourself;
  • Experience in working with subscriber bases;
  • Clear understanding the concepts of Click Rate, Open Rate, CTR and others;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM;
  • Willingness to work for the result according to  clear KPIs;
  • Desire to develop in new directions.
