Who are we looking for? - We are looking for a responsible, attentive, diligent and caring person who knows how to work in a team and is ready to optimize and improve processes - Retention Marketing Manager Basic requirements for the candidate: - Experience working with the eSputnik service (setting up chains of trigger messages, creating newsletters together with designers) - Familiarity with GMS, TurboSMS services - Ability to analyze client databases, draw conclusions, form and test hypotheses to achieve KPI - Knowledge of Excel Basic functionality: - Synchronization of all activities in the Retention channel with the promo plan - Building communication with clients based on an analytical approach using a wide list of Retention tools - Synchronization of activities with the loyalty program - Planning (communication and budgeting), regular reporting. - Achieving the set KPIs - Managing the outflow of the client base.
