Growe is waiting for those who strive to: Interpret data, analyze results and develop solutions that demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of life cycle marketing programs; Conduct A/B testing on segments, promotion mechanisms and offers; Manage tests for different audiences and launch experiments to determine the most effective offers to improve KPIs; Create, develop and optimize communication channels (Email/SMS/Push), as well as trigger and promotional mailings; Create tasks for design and content teams, ensure their readiness; participation in the development and improvement of the overall marketing strategy for the region. We need your professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing; Knowledge of KPI; Experience with email providers, CRM systems and campaign automation tools is mandatory; Experience in creating a communications strategy and conducting promotions/campaigns; English level languages ​​— Upper-Intermediate or higher.
