What you will be doing:

• Develop an omnichannel communication strategy for user activation, return and retention.
• Create, maintain and optimize mass and trigger mailings.
• Form and test hypotheses to improve campaign metrics.
• Segment audiences, work with cohorts and user groups.
• Interact with related departments within the company to implement tasks.
• Prepare reports and analysis of conducted campaigns, work on increasing key indicators (KPI).

You will need:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in setting up and automating communication channels (email, sms, web- push).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of table layout, template generators, personalization.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets).< /li>
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
• Experience in e-commerce is mandatory.
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions.
