Areas of responsibility:
- Making phone calls to systematically collect feedback and identify customer needs.
- Encouraging customers to engage in activities and use additional services.
- Increasing the level of loyalty and the quality of customer service through a personal approach in communication.
- Dealing with objections.
- Close communication with the team to achieve common goals.
- Reporting, including translation or transcription of dialogues with clients if necessary.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 1 + years of experience in the position of Retention/account manager or in the field of customer service.
- Fluency in German (English will be a plus).
- Proactivity, ability to listen and hear, understand needs customers and teams.
- Experience in customer service in Europe, Canada and Australia.
- Experience in IGaming, finance or in the field of telephone sales.
