- 1+ years of experience in the position of Retention/account manager or in the field of customer service.
- Fluent German language (English will be a plus).
- Proactivity, the ability to listen and hear, understand the needs of customers and the team.
- Experience in customer service in Europe, Canada and Australia.
- Experience in IGaming, finance or in the field of telephone sales.
