Our ideal candidate has: Experience in a similar position from 1 year; Experience with the user life cycle; Experience with segmentation and cohorting of users; The ability to generate interesting offers from it is impossible to refuse; Willingness to work with large volumes of information; Skills of correct prioritization and delegation of tasks; Ability to manage several projects at the same time; Experience in data collection and analysis of launched projects; Ability to implement projects from idea to result. What will be required to do: Audience segmentation, promotion hypotheses, creation of promotional offers, testing and improvement of these offers; Work with onboarding, engagement, upsell and cross-sale, retention, churn, tvod/est sales by user cohorts; Analysis of A/B tests and launched projects.
