Main functions: Manage the client database, segment and maintain its relevance; Development/support of bonus mechanics and loyalty programs; Experience in working with and supporting end-to-end channel strategy: email, push, sms, viber, messengers (chatbots), etc.; Analysis of user profiles and their behavior in order to create relevant offers and messages for each user segment; Automation of campaigns, creation and adjustment of interaction chains; Conducting competitive analysis and market monitoring for identifying new opportunities for customer retention Working conditions: work in a well-known company with a long history; competitive salary; work schedule Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; work in an office, within walking distance of M "Pochayna".
