Knowledge of the main metrics of retention and email marketing;
Deep understanding of the principles of customer retention and loyalty formation;
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on data;
Leading the direction according to the work plan, meeting deadlines.
Main functions:< /strong>
- Manage the client database, segment and maintain its relevance;
Development/support of bonus mechanics and loyalty programs;
Experience in working with and supporting an end-to-end strategy across channels: email, push, sms, viber, messengers (chatbots), etc.;
Analysis of user profiles and their behavior in order to create relevant offers and messages for each user segment;
Automating campaigns, creating and setting up interaction chains;
Conducting competitive analysis and market monitoring to identify new opportunities regarding customer retention
