Retention manager in ASAP Solution

Our igaming company is looking for Retention manager Tier 1-3 markets.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Passionate about Igaming, betting and casino industry or sports,

At least 2year of experience in Performance Marketing/Igaming.

Practical knowledge of all typical bonus mechanics, bonus policy, performance marketing, and ads management in Igaming will be a great plus.

Experience within the games industry is a strong plus;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Strong analytical thinking;

Good organizational skills, goal orientation, reporting and user-centric skills are crucial;

Able to manage content and maintain a large quantity of assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating and managing triggers, roadmaps, campaigns.

Set up and maintain cross promotion framework, processes and best practice guidelines;

Plan and implement cross promotion retention strategies;

Report regularly on performance of retention campaigns.
