- Experience of working in a call center or a similar position or in the field of sales from 1 year (required);
- A computer or laptop with Internet access and a USB headset;
- Ability to work with a PC;
- High level of communication, courtesy and patience;

Responsibilities:
< li>Interact with customers by phone and email, demonstrating excellent sales skills with multiple bases (retention, sales, surveys, promotions, etc.). There are no cold calls; - Introducing users to the company's products, their characteristics, current promotions and offers;
- Providing assistance in resolving customer issues when they arise, communicating with other company divisions;< /li>
- Increasing the level of loyalty and quality of customer service through a personal approach in communication;
- Adherence to company scripts;
- Identifying customer needs and clarifying information;
