Therefore, we are looking for a Retention manager - a person who thinks not in terms of discounts, but in numbers, segments and LTV. Someone who sees a client not as a one-time purchase, but as a long-distance one. What will be in the job?

  • Manage the loyalty program: develop it, optimize the mechanics, analyze the effectiveness.
  • Activate and reactivate the customer base: launch campaigns, return "sleeping" customers, increase frequency of purchases.
  • Increase LTV: work with segmentation, behavioral data and personalization of offers.
  • Generate, implement and test hypotheses: run A/B tests, measure the result and scale what works.
  • Work with trigger communications - online and offline: email, SMS, Viber, push, checkout mechanics, personalized offers.
  • Analyze indicators of retention, churn, frequency of purchases and build decisions based on data.
