We are looking responsible specialist for the position of Retention Manager to work with the gaming product in the iGaming field.
The team is responsible for the retention of GPD projects and increasing the lifetime value of users.
The task of Retention Manager can be divided into two points:
1) To cover the entire life cycle of the user on the project.
Goals: increase the user's financial metrics and prolong his time on projects.
2) Constantly support the engagement and financial indicators of users with one-time promotional campaigns.
When performing these tasks, you can master:
- New channels of direct marketing.
- Invent and test new types segmentation.
- Develop a creative component when creating or coordinating creatives for communications.
- Test and confirm hypotheses aimed at improving the user's life on the project.
Responsibilities:
- direct communication channels (email, SMS, web push, app push, Telegram bot, etc.).
- Setting tasks for the design department.
- Setting tasks for the content department.
- Analyzing campaigns and finding ways to improve them.
- Setting up bonus programs.
Requirements:- Experience in working with CRM-admin panels (in-house or SaaS-solutions).
- Understanding the principles of audience segmentation and retention.
- Understanding the principles of email marketing and working with direct communication channels.
- Attention, consistency, meticulousness.
