If you have:

  • Experience in building trigger email and push chains (welcome, reminders, reactivation).
  • Practical experience in user segmentation (new, active, inactive).
  • Starting and optimization of retention campaigns (cross-sell, upsell, continuation of subscriptions).
  • Understanding and analysis of basic metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Churn, ARPU.

Own tools:

  • Email marketing: Mailchimp / SendPulse / eSputnik (experience with one or several).
  • Push / notifications: OneSignal or Firebase.
  • Analytics: GA4, basic understanding Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • A/B testing in CRM or external tools.
  • Excel / Google Sheets for segmentation and reporting.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in building communication funnels.
  • Working with CRM integrations - site / app - analytics.
  • Understanding retention and LTV metrics.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Build and develop communications after the first contact with the user (email, push, trigger series).
  • Set up automated welcome chains, onboarding scenarios, reminders, personalized selection of content / offers.
  • Be able to see points of user loss in the funnel and initiate product or communication changes.
  • Segment the user base (new, active, inactive, churn).
  • Launch retention campaigns (return, reactivation, cross-sell/upsell).
  • Collect data on users (behavior, interests, payment history).
  • Cooperate with Performance and Growth marketing in a single funnel.
