We are looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team, who will help us increase customer loyalty, develop retention programs and build an omnichannel communication system, as well as share our values and support the company's vision and mission!

Duties of the person who will become part of the team:

• Develop and implement a brand retention strategy.
• Analyze the customer base, conduct segmentation, identify behavioral patterns.
• Build omnichannel communications: email (trigger and mass), Viber/SMS, Telegram, chatbots.
• Create and optimize trigger chains: welcome, reminders, reactivation, repeat purchases.
• Launch mailings and retention campaigns (idea generation, text preparation, letter layout);
• Develop and administer a loyalty program.

We are looking for you if you:

• You have experience working with customer bases and their segmentation (RFM, cohort analysis);
• You understand customer analytics metrics and can pump them (Open Rate, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, LTV);
• You know how omnichannel communications work, trigger chains, funnels.
• You know email/SMS/push tools and chatbots (Telegram/Viber);
• You confidently use eSputnik or similar services;
• You write texts that sell and retain customers;
